Marketing audit and strategic plan for launch of new online Education Platform offering digital copies of books for teachers under the terms of their existing copyright licence.
The Copyright Licensing Agency were in the process of launching their new Education Platform to schools. We conducted an audit of their current marketing, facilitated a workshop with key stakeholders to map out the user journey, and then created the launch marketing strategy. Outputs included a beta launch, test and measure roll-out campaign and a 12-month implementation plan.
